This webinar will provide an introduction to Coaching Supervision and bring it to life through a demonstration of supervision techniques.

Coaching Supervision is a transformative process that offers coaches a rich and broad opportunity for support and development. Coaching Supervision creates a safe environment for the coach to share and reflect on their successes and challenges to help them become more masterful in the way they work with their clients.

The requirement for all coaches to receive coach supervision in addition to mentoring is increasing across the world and more recently in the United States. The International Coach Federation (ICF) recently accepted the role of the coach supervisor and stated: ‘Coaching Supervision is the interaction that occurs when a coach periodically brings his or her coaching work experiences to a coaching supervisor in order to engage in reflective dialogue and collaborative learning for the development and benefit of the coach and his or her clients.”

Theodora Fitzsimmons, PhD, PCC, CCM, & Accredited Coach Supervisor, received her diploma in coaching supervision at the Coach Supervision Academy. Her coach training was completed with iPEC, with additional training and certifications from Success Unlimited Network, ACT’s Leadership and Performance Coach Certification Program, and Brain-Based Coaching with the NeuroLeadership Institute.

Theodora serves on the Governance Board of the Federal Internal Coach Training Program and is lead faculty and trainer to the coaches and coach mentors. She manages an award-winning Internal Coaching program at a U.S. Government Agency in Washington, D.C. She earned her PhD from Capella University in Training and Performance Improvement. In her private business, she is a coach trainer for the ACTP program Success Unlimited Network.
