Peer Coaching Pilot Announcement
By ICF Metro DC
Posted: 2021-11-18T17:35:00Z

ICF Metro DC is pleased to announce a pilot session of a peer coaching program specifically based around peer learning circles. Peer learning circles are a simple yet profound tool which allow participants to share a pressing challenge with a group of trusted peers, and receive insights that may help accelerate its resolution. Our pilot program will allow six members to learn the foundations of this tool while earning CEUs.

The pilot program will run for three months, beginning in late February and meeting virtually via Zoom every two weeks for 90 minutes per session. This initial cohort will be limited to six participants, who must be members of ICF Metro DC. No prior experience with peer coaching is needed.

This opportunity may be for you if you want to:

  • join a community of coaches who are interested in learning how to apply the peer learning circle tool to their practice;

  • try out different methods of peer learning circles in a safe and collaborative environment;

  • help yourself and others solve real and pressing challenges by being a “topic owner” at least once during the program; and

  • receive CEUs.

A short application is required. It is possible that not all applicants will be selected for this cohort; we will communicate to those not chosen if and when a subsequent cohort is planned. Please click on the link  to apply.
