We are a group of coaches, facilitators and trainers (many of us are all) who meet via webinar to discuss the importance of facilitating a learning environment that supports the innate wisdom of the client/learner. Discussions are interactive and designed to create awareness around your mastery as a coach.

Specific ICF competencies/skills are part of each monthly discussion. Contact facilitator if you would like to know the specific competency related topic for this webinar.

This Community of Practice seeks to bring an affirmative learning environment to an ever-expanding audience. We model and study a safe and celebratory environment of discovery. We honor each participants innate knowing and life experience. We have found that an affirmative focus works for the coach/client relationship, for youth and adults; at work, school and home; for teams, parents, and in our communities.
