What is this?

Registration and facilitation is managed by group leaders Margot Halstead and Tanya Zinn Jones. This session, "Diversity Beyond Lip Service," will feature guest speaker Kristina Smith. Meet Kristina at linkedin.com/in/kristina-smith-cdp-ccf-she-her-hers-9880309.
CoCo Café will be discussing Diversity and Humanity: Moving Beyond Lip Service with Ms. Kristina Smith, (linkedin.com/in/kristina-smith-cdp-ccf-she-her-hers-9880309/) President & Lead Culture Officer at Diversity & Inclusion Strategists.
In this interactive discussion, Kristina will share with you why some diversity efforts up until now have yielded poor outcomes and what each of us can do to go "beyond lip service" and make this a more just society for all. As she often quotes from the Rev Dr Martin Luther King, Jr., "We may have all come here on different ships, but we are all in the same boat now." The focus will be on how to use coaching opportunities to honor even more - everyone's humanity.
