The Defense Intelligence Agency celebrates International Coaching Week with three major events!  Starting early, several dedicated coaches are volunteering their time to coach deserving women at the Women in Transition Conference in Alexandria, VA.   Second, on April 27th, the cadre of coaches will have the benefit of continued learning with Teri-E Belf, first MCC Coach, as she presents the “Jazzy Side of Coaching Ethics.”  Finally, on May 7th, over 50 coaches will highlight International Coaching Week at the DIA Headquarters by providing Speed Coaching and introducing themselves to the DIA workforce. The Women in Transition Conference is free and open to anyone. The other events are not open to others outside the government.

In the last 18 months, DIA has trained over 200 coaches in an ICF approved coach training program to provide internal coaching to DIA employees.  Approximately 100 completed their certification, and more than 10 have received their ACC.
